At NOMS, we aim to deliver your beauty essentials quickly, reliably, and with care. This Shipping Policy explains our current processing times, delivery methods, and important conditions for orders shipped within France and the European Union.


 

🕐  Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in France).

During busy periods, such as sales or holiday seasons, processing may take a little longer.

We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends.

Delivery to remote areas may require additional time.



🔍 Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to activate.



🧾  Taxes & Customs

We currently ship within the European Union only. No additional import fees are expected for EU deliveries.

Orders are shipped from France and include all applicable French VAT.


 

🚫  Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship outside of France or the EU at this time.

If your country is not listed at checkout, we unfortunately cannot process the order.



📦  Remote Areas 

If your address is classified as a remote location by our carriers, a surcharge may apply.

You will be contacted before shipping if additional fees are required. You can cancel the order if you prefer.


 

📅  Public Holidays

No orders are processed or shipped on French public holidays. Please expect delays during:

  • National holidays

  • End-of-year festive periods
