Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (see below).

All returns must be approved in advance. Once approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or opened beauty tools (e.g., makeup brushes, beauty sponges)

  • Personal care items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days at contact@nomshop.co, with photos, and we’ll resolve it as soon as possible.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.

If approved, we will send a replacement after the original item is returned.

If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order after your return has been processed.

 


European Union Customers

For orders shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding your refund status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (original & return) are non-refundable

  • Refund timing may vary based on your payment provider

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@nomshop.co
